April Foundation is a private holding based in the Dubai International Financial Centre, managing capital on its own balance sheet across real estate and listed equities.
The Foundation is not a fund and accepts no external capital. Its remit is the careful stewardship of internally held assets across multiple generations.
Decisions are taken patiently and without mandate — measured against decades rather than quarters, and weighted toward what can be owned, understood, and held.
